Ava is a certified Pilates teacher under PSC teacher training school and a certified Zumba teacher.
All the fun of a regular Zumba class but with more focus on strength training within the dances. Works on interval training (a few minutes of cardio followed by a few minutes of strength training) which creates a much higher amount of calories burned in just a weight class or just a cardio class. Class uses small weights. Great for Zumba devotees, and those that want to do a full body workout with weights and cardio.

Barre pilates is a complete body workout fusing ballet barre conditioning, muscle toning and pilates. the class is designed to tone your entire body, creating longer, leaner muscles. Ballet & pilates exercises at the barre and on the mat tone, lengthen and shape your muscles (think long & lean like a ballet dancer!)
