Emily Shain – Vinyasa Yoga

Emily Shain has a diverse yoga background, studying Ashtanga-Vinyasa in Israel, Elemental Yoga Therapy in Bali, Yin Yoga in Portugal and the Chakras in India. Since 2015, Emily has taught by bringing together these different schools of yogic wisdom to form a holistic, fluid and creative flow. This class will incorporate meditation, breathing, a deep and smooth vinyasa flow, as well as softer and more passive stretches.
