Often, the beautiful practice of Vinyasa yoga brings struggle, force and even pain and injuries to many practitioners. The question is - Can we adjust our practice to be a pain and strain-free one, without losing its dynamics and essence?

This workshop offers an insight in how to move more naturally in our Yoga Flow, introducing fascia, tensegrity, spirals and waves.

Why should people sign up? What will they learn?
In this workshop you will learn to flow in a way that creates more space in the body and that leads to more mobility in your Vinyasa yoga and Movement practice in general. You will be introduced to several ways of natural movement and explore why these are beneficial to us. You will learn more about fascia and the fascial lines in the body, our muscles and their function, our joint system and skeleton.

In the workshop we address subjects as awareness, gravity, momentum, alignment, habits, relaxation and breath.

The message is the same but the interpretations vary on great scales, causing confusion about something that's so beautiful and clear in its essence, and should be cherished.
