About the workshop

  • Combine various methods of practice from the world of dance and martial arts, and learn how to use them to develop the abilities of coordination, agility, strength, flexibility and strength without coming at one's expense.
  • We will also talk about the detachment that can be created between the body and mind in practice and movement, when it serves us and when it harms us.
  • We will learn how to diagnose and work in the frightening and painful places, whether it is with us or our practitioners, and how to continue to train and move even during injuries, and recover more efficiently and faster.
  • We will learn different methods of training, acting and exploring alone and together with a partner to improve agility, responsiveness and coordination. We will learn the difference between practicing alone and practicing with a partner or coach.

Trainer and movement researcher.
Ever since I can remember, I have always lived an active physical lifestyle. Throughout my life I have been involved in various fields of movement, especially in martial arts. In recent years, I have devoted most of my time to research the movement through a variety of other traffic disciplines that I also combine in my training routine and those of my trainees.
I know from experience that a real and beautiful change can happen in our bodies at any age when we wisely combine the training of movement into our lives .Movement for me is a way of life that enables me and others to live and explore our potential. As human beings we are born with many abilities which most of us tend to lose along the way.
But the real question for me is how we can keep moving, playing, being strong and healthy at any age, being the best version of ourselves.
