Handstands or forearm stands can turn from daunting and intimidating poses into fun and addictive ones, poses that makes Us fall in love with them and practice more often. 
 
How about forward and backwards rolls? Or cartwheels? What can we learn from them? Have you done them since elementary school?
 
Do you remember how much fun and how simple they are? When did we stop and why did we forget it? Come and re- learn it and trust your body; it remembers. And loves it. And falls in love all over again. 
 
It is important to learn how to fall safely, with support and ease, in order to progress- just like I life. How many times did you do something scary and found out a new world of hidden treasures beyond?
 
So, if you’ve never balanced necoe,  or if you still use the wall, or even if you can hold it for a breath or two without support - this workshop will take you another step forwards. 
 
We will work while focusing on calming breath in challenging poses - those which releases endorphins and adrenaline, having those with us will keep us practicing what we’ve learn after the workshop is finished and on into the rest of our practice
