Integrative yoga

The practice is based on the principle of Iyengar yoga, and focuses on rooting down, precision and staying stable in the posture.

In the practice, we use props to help us, and combine them with elements from the worlds of Vinyasa and Ashtanga,which include awareness to breathing, sun salutations, flow and letting go.

In the class, we learn the basic and important principles of practicing Yoga, and work on having good technique, so that the practice can be safe, based and accompanied by awareness to the body and breath.
