Sharona Guy

Nia is a way of living for me, through Nia dance I can work out and yet have fun and enjoy movement and rhythm. Graduated white belt of the Nia training technique, I am proud to be a member of the Nia community. I started as a belly dance performer and instructor, after several years of focusing on my busyness as a photographer, I discovered Nia, which brought me back to dance and the love of movement. Nia brings balance to my life, I learn how to tone my body and physically express myself.
