Yogalates is an exercise that combines the strength training of Pilates and the flexibility and serenity of yoga. Through breathing technique this is a full body workout that help strength and lengthen the body and of course the mind.
It emphasis on concentration, coordination, stabilization, precision, control, and flowing movement through breathing.
Yogalates allows a greater dimension of connection with the physical body and the soul.
The class will take place on Fridays 8:30am with Dafna on Rothschild studio.
