Daily Dance, Yoga & Pilates Classes in Florentin, Tel Aviv – Jaffa

In a life routine full of stress, the practice of Dance, Yoga and other physical activities that involve breath and motion, can help us to achieve calmness and rejuvenation for body and soul.

At Studio Naim, we believe that movement is a basic need, and each one can find her or his own practice to support it. This belief lead us to create a home for a variety of activities, which include Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Workshops and social events, which are a bliss for body and soul.. We offer a non-competitive environment; a space for self development – physical, mental and emotional.

Our classes are open to everyone, regardless of flexibility level, strength, age or weight. The practice helps us to strengthen, tone, flex and balance.

Our school has two large spaces: one hall is used for Dance lessons, and the  other is dedicated to Yoga and Pilates classes.

For Yoga classes, we offer Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Chandra Krama, Dharma Mittra and Acro-Yoga practice methods.
Our dance classes include Classic Ballet dancing, Modern Dance (including Jazz, Release, Acro-Dance and Simonson techniques), Butoh, Contact/ Improvisation, Hip-Hop, Breakdance, Street Dance, MTV Choreography, NIA Dance Technique, Salsa, Belly Dancing, Strip-Dance, Zumba Fitness, Afro-Caribbean and African Dance.

Studio Naim has been operating since 2004 in Florentin, Tel Aviv. Being the biggest school in South Tel Aviv for open dance and yoga classes it has a long tradition of hosting workshops for some of the best local and internationally acclaimed teachers.

We are located in Tel Aviv, at the heart of Florentin, 10min walk from Neve Tzedek and Jaffa (Yafo). There is plenty of parking and public transportation.
