This workshop provides a set of conceptual ideas to guide the body, mind, and senses through a continual warming process to gain a better understanding of our developing methodology, BodyWork Mechanics.

Through contact based, body work, the individual, partner, and group will explore the tasks of being active and passive, pushing and pulling, and utilizing different rolling points on the body to unlock our instrument to its fullest potential.

The main portion of the workshop is spent exploring in partnership, building trust and support with yourself, your partner, the group, and the space, culminating in an ending jam utilizing the cultivated energy and conceptual tools to meld the body, mind, and senses, unanimously.
