This 3 hour workshop will focus on clarifying, tuning and sharpening the three pillars of asana practice: LOCK, BREATH, and GAZE Great for beginner and advanced yogis alike.
We will discuss and practice the three main bandhas (locks), the power of pranayama (yogic breath), and the importance of drishti (gaze) in a variety of postures inspiring equal strength, flexibility and balance to both body and mind.
Suitable for all levels.
Early bird registration for 170 ILS, until 25.8.17.
Afterwards- 190 ILS.
