How do we attain optimal joint health for a better movement and yoga practice?
When we talk about mobility, we talk about the range of motion of our joints. In this workshop you'll be given tools on how to increase your general range of motion in your joints. You will learn a Free Form Movement Floor Flow and understand what you might need in order to become a better mover and enjoy a yoga practice where you feel more agile and free!
