Join this grounding Vinyasa yoga workshop to center the body and mind. We all know that everyday life is chaotic. It is easy for the body to feel off center and the mind to bounce from one thought to another. When this happens, we often feel scattered, unaligned, and ultimately confused. The aim of this workshop is to practice grounding asana postures and breathing exercises to balance the Muladhara (Root) Chakra. When the Muladhara Chakra is aligned, you will feel a sense of inner peace that can initiate more mindful decision-making actions.

Over the course of the workshop, you will flow through a series of dynamic, rather than static, grounding postures. In a sense, if you can master grounding postures within a dynamic yoga flow, then you can feel grounded within a dynamic world. Ultimately, you will gain a better understanding of how yoga postures and breathing exercises on the mat can influence your relationship to the world off the mat. This grounding workshop offers you the opportunity to learn how to physically root the body to the earth and connect with the present moment. Everyone and all levels are welcome to join the workshop.
