Gina Sorensen – Power Yoga

Power Vinyasa begins with tuning the mind to subtle levels of awareness. Breath and movement become intimately intertwined through energizing flows of standing and mid-level poses. Then students detoxify and restore with a series of poses on the ground.
Classes are designed to be accessible for students new to yoga and revitalizing for yogis with experience. Challenge yourself at your level (modifications provided) and finish feeling more balanced mentally, emotionally, and physically. Classes are guided in English.

Gina Sorensen


One part yogini, one part choreographer, and one part dance educator, Gina has the supreme pleasure of talking about movement and the body all day long. She is the founder of Yoga Natyam Online and the co-artistic director of somebodies dance theater.
Gina has an MFA in Dance from the University of Oregon and became a Registered Yoga Teacher in her hometown of San Diego, CA.
