Lea Laser – Kundalini Yoga

In 1991 Lila was introduced to Reiki after her mother’s passing.

In 1995 at the age of 38 she was introduced to Yoga. She immediately opened herself to experience and continues to learn from all styles of classic Yoga and the Philosophies of Spirit and Dharma. She met and studied with many Israeli and International teachers and decided to become a teacher herself. Lila qualified as an Ashtanga teacher with Shimon Ben Avi in 2006and immediately started teaching while continuing a constant self-enquiry process.

Nearly 11 years later, Lila was introduced to a Kundalini Yoga Meditation and it changed the direction of her life. Without ever doing a Kundalini Yoga class, Lila began teacher training.
“It was like being in a spin cycle of a washing machine. It was both exhilarating and frightening to experience it all at once”. Kundalini Yoga encompassed all she had learnt and offered more.
Lila was born in Australia, has lived in South Africa and Paris. She has been living in Israel since 1980.

Her second love besides Israel is India where she met her Teacher, Devi Vanamali and continues to travel there annually. She follows the teaching of Mooji. She has taught at Prana Yoga Studio in Tel Aviv and Givataim as well as at Ella Yoga. She teaches Kundalini Yoga as a volunteer at the school for Autistic children in Rishon Lezion. She works part time as a content writer, bloggist and is an experienced Interior designer, specializing in holistic design.

She is the founder of Kundaliniway studio (2011-2014) and the cofounder of KYTLV. She headed the Israeli Kundalini Yoga Association for 3 years.

A little about Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is also known as the yoga of awareness. No class is the same. Its very transformative and fast working and as with anything else, needs to be experienced.

This technology uses specific asanas, mantras , meditations, dancing , music and chanting(voice) in different combinations each lesson to balance, clean us up from with and strengthen us.
The connection between body and mind is crazy powerful. The technology of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a beautiful gift in order to experience your own vibrational frequency. Each being’s for being here is to express exactly this and offer its uniqueness to the world.

Kundalini Yoga was first practised at the festival Woodstock in the West.
Every thing is our teacher and all forms of life teaches us if we observe, listen, experience and integrate. In order to awake we actually just need to wake up and then we remember that we are One, We are Yoga.
We open each practice with the Mantra
“Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo”- I bow down to the divine unseen teacher within each one of us.

You may love it or hate it but it won’t leave you indifferent!

Hope to see you on Saturday
With love
