After the long summer and holiday breakk - 5Rhythms with Emiella (Emi) Kaufman is back to Studio Naim!
Bring comfortable clothes to move and sweat in.
Layers work best for dancing.
Bring a water bottle as well to have on hand.
We dance barefoot or with specialized dancing shoes.
About the teacher:
Emiella Kaufman (Emi) is a certified 5rhythms®. She has been studying the 5Rhythms extensively in Israel, Vancouver and USA since 2005 with teachers from Israel and around the world. As of 2010 Emi has been facilitating weekly 5rhythms classes and day workshops as well as bringing in guest teachers from around the world. She currently lives and teaches in Israel. Emi holds a BA in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver, Canada.
