Shaked Gurfinkel – Reformer and Matte Pilates and TRX

Movement is my thing – how to understand the body, to know what is right and healthy, with the intention to develop and grow stronger.
It’s cliche but true – movement releases my mind, my pain and my emotions.

I come from dancing – I specialized in dance in high-school, and am a graduate of the Gaaton Dancer’s Training Workshop.
I have participated in projects with various choreographers and with the dance troupe Shakatak.

Pilates has accompanied me since I was 16. Pilates is a focused exercise, requiring concentration and precision. The work is intensive, but gentle and supportive. I enjoy every minute of the classes I instruct. A full, intimate hour, in which we face physical challenges, flexibility, movement, breath, coordination and our mind.
