TABATA consists of 20 seconds interval of intense exercise followed by a 10 seconds rest period. Now, repeat that 8 times :).

TABATA has been scientifically proven as an effective method for improving one’s aerobic and muscular fitness and doubling the metabolism rate which means calories burning, hours after class.

The workout includes stretch and warm-up exercises at the start and ending of the class.
