Autopay memberships – the payment of the subscription will be made automatically, by a monthly charge via credit card. The subscriber gives his permission to the company to charge his credit card for the payment of the subscription fee and any other amount owed by the subscriber.
To enable a trial at the studio, new subscribers (those who have not been to the studio before) may terminate the subscription at the end of the first month by filling out a cancellation form without giving a 30-day notice.
Cancellation of subscription – the subscription is limited to a period of 36 months and will be automatically terminated after this period. The membership can be terminated at any time by sending a cancellation notice through a dedicated form on the company’s website. We ask for a month’s notice to cancel a subscription (during which you can come to the studio). We have no cancellation fees. Cancellation of the transaction in accordance with the Sports Refinement Law, the Consumer Protection Regulations for cancellation of a transaction, amendment number 37.
Punch card or annual subscription – the payment will be collected in advance. The card is limited in time and entries. You cannot terminate a punch card whilst it is active. The annual subscription requires a registration fee.
The terms of the subscription – vary according to the type of subscription , as will be published on the website at the time of registration. The studio is entitled to change the terms of the subscription as well as increase the subscription fees, provided that you have received an advance notice of at least ten days before making the charge.
Registration fees – Studio Naim reserves the right to change the amount of registration fees from time to time. If a client returns for a period of less than two months, the studio may request a registration fee of NIS 100.
Identification means for entry – the entrance to the studio will be done with an entry ID. Studio Naim reserves the right to collect a deposit amount for this measure.
Hold/Freezes – the customer may freeze once a year for a period of two weeks free of charge. Each additional freeze will cost NIS 25 up to two weeks (that is, for example, a month’s freeze will cost NIS 50).
The exception to freezes is a medical condition (with a doctor’s approval) or reserves duty (with an order). In these cases you can freeze for free and you can freeze retroactively. Even in these cases, it is not possible to freeze for less than a week and it is not possible to freeze and open the subscription alternately (ie the subscription must be active for at least a month before another freeze).
Health condition – training in the gym is conditional on filling out a medical questionnaire and signing a health declaration or producing an appropriate medical certificate, as per case and in accordance with the provisions of the law. The full responsibility for producing the medical certificate falls on the member themselves and at their own expense.
In the absence of a health declaration or an appropriate medical certificate, the member will not be allowed to train at the gym.
Members who suffer from medical problems, including those who suffer from diabetes, heart disease, high or low blood pressure and/or use medications, including medications that include anticoagulants, antihistamines and beta blockers, must consult a doctor before using the gym facilities and studio classes.
In any case of an injury claim at the club, one must fill out an incident report and inform the club’s management immediately.
By using the subscription, you declare that you understand that any physical activity carries the risk of physical or mental injury. You understand that it is your responsibility to judge your own physical and mental capabilities for such activities.
Classes – do not enter classes without prior approval from the reception. Don’t be late for classes. If you are late, permission to enter will be given depending on the conditions in the specific class – according to the decision of admissions and the teacher. In any case, entry will not be granted ten minutes late .

The opening of a class and its existence depend on a minimum number of participants. The studio may stop or change the activity dates and replace teachers and trainers, at its discretion.
Entry to the studio is for those aged 18 and older.
Gym – the member must wear suitable shoes, dress in suitable sports clothes and use a towel (on the gym apparatus). The facilities must be maintained, equipment must be returned to the place, treat those around with courtesy and avoid noises and moans that may disturb those around.

Photo Shoots – members are permitted to photograph themselves during workouts, provided that the photos do not include other members without their explicit consent. Any material recorded at the premises that includes other members without their consent is prohibited from being distributed, shared, or published on any platform.
Objects and property – the studio is not responsible for objects that the member left in the club area, whether they were stored in a storage room or not. Do not leave equipment after leaving the club premises. At the end of the activity hours at the club, the company will be allowed to break into locked cells.
General – The company may terminate the membership of any member in the event of a violation of any of the provisions of the regulations or of any of the instructions of the club staff or in the event of a serious violation of discipline and/or rude, wild or violent behavior and/or rude or violent verbal expression.
The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to accept a candidate as a club member and/or to renew an existing membership.
It is mandatory to finish all activities in the club (including bathing) and leave it before the closing time set in each club.
A subscription purchased from a third party cannot be redeemed in the clubs, except after six months from the end of the existing subscription.
The company (Normal Research at page ref 513744896) is entitled to change and amend the regulations from time to time and at its discretion. The regulations are updated on the company’s website.
