Embodied Yoga Principles is a pragmatic way of making postural yoga more meaningful and applicable to our everyday lives. EYP is a deep but Western, non-athletic system. It includes a set of postures to quickly reveal personal patterns, and tools for work, parenting and in personal relationships.

This workshop will be particularly useful for yoga teachers and experienced yoga practitioners who have a basic grounding in asana and want to deepen psychological and pragmatic aspects of their practice. This is not a typical yoga workshop – expect to be inspired and gain insights into your own psychological patterns. Also expect to be challenged, for there to be very bad jokes and adult non-PC language, so please only come if robust and up for an intense experience and if you have a sense of humour. The workshop will include sharing with others, group work and partner work. We'll learn and have fun and take the work but not ourselves seriously. All new age Instagram unicorns that wonder in will be sacrificed and eaten.
