A unique 3 hours workshop of meditating sitting and also in movement, by myself and also with others.
.

After 5 years of a weekly class of mindfulness and movement,
I’m offering one more layer to explore – practicing awerness while we communicate and relate to one another -
Together we explore the possibility of being attentive and observing as we approach to another, walk away, when we make eye contact or turn our backs, holding hands, etc.


Comfortable clothes are recommended,
And something small to eat in the short break.

 

English guidance will be given if necessary.
