Rob is a former professional ballet dancer, who performed for many years in ballet companies in Italy, Austria and the UK.

The class incorporates essences of ballet exercise, created to lengthened, strengthen core muscles, improve posture, improve flexibility and coordination and improve general fitness.
Expect to sweat, and be playful to upbeat music. Ideal for people of all levels who want to improve their overall fitness.
Core-Barre Power Workout is a two-part class. It has a floor segment and a ballet barre segment, both aiming to tone, strengthen and lengthen the body as a whole
