About the Yoga Wheel
The Yoga Wheel was first developed by Sri Dharma Mitra as part of the Dharma Yoga practice. It is suited for Yoga, fitness, pilates, physiotherapy and more. It helps to deepen the poses and strengthen the body, improve posture, lengthen the muscles and increase flexibility. It is appropriate for all levels, and is helpful in stretching and loosening muscles in the back, chest, shoulders, core and hip joints.
About Dharma Yoga
Dharma Yoga is a technique of love and devotion which calms the mind, and brings peace, contentment and knowledge of the divine self within us. The sequence is both challenging and meditative, and was developed in New York by the Yogi Sri Dharma Mitra over 50 years of teaching.
About the Teacher
Tal Aronas is 34 years old, lives in Tel Aviv and has been practicing Yoga for 18 years. She teaches Dharma Yoga in Israel. Her style includes a connection to the ancient wisdom of Yoga, advanced poses, an understanding of proper nutrition, breath, meditation and a mind-body-spirit connection.
