This new studio is our flagship for Pilates. The team are focused on providing an holistic and therapeutic approach, which allows each member to get to know themselves better, hence achieving results (inside and out) in a beneficial way.
Pilates Equipment classes (group and privates), Mat and Barre Pilates, TRX, FLY FIT and Feldenkrais among others; clinic for private treatments;
and even a small back yard for conversing with the plants and the sun…
The owner of MAZE NAIM is our long-time teacher and friend, Ella Ben-Aharon. Ella is a choreographer as well as a Pilates Master Teacher with the acclaimed American school, PSC – Pilates Sports Center. She holds BFA and an MFA in Dance and choreography.
She is specialised in rehabilitation, and has an extensive background in teaching groups, privates, as well as certification programs in Los-Angeles, New York, Florida and Israel.
Ella is a member of the PMA – Pilates Method Alliance and has been a presenter and a teacher in international conferences.
