Elizabeth Espindola – Pilates Reformer

Elizabeth Espindola began dancing in order to learn the difference between right and left.
Having mastered this, she went on to dance professionally with Inland Pacific Ballet and as a freelance in NY/SF and to earn a B.F.A in dance and sport science from California State University. She is an alumni from San Francisco Conservatory of Dance, Jose Limon institute, and American Dance Festival.

At age of nine, Elizabeth was first introduced to Pilates by master teachers Marie-Jose Blom and Elizabeth Larkam. Later, due to a severe injury, Elizabeth developed a passion to help people understand their own body and got certified as a Pilates Instructor and a personal trainer through Physical Mind Institute, Classical Pilates, and Stott.

Today, Elizabeth combines her past experience with dance and somatic techniques to teach Pilates for dancers and athletes with the focus on injury prevention and care.
