Nadabrahma Meditation

The Nadabrahma meditation is a quiet and pleasant meditation developed by the spiritual teacher Osho, based on an ancient Tibetan technique of humming and hand movements.
The humming creates vibration in the body and helps us clear our thoughts.
The hand movements center energy at the navel,
focus our center, and strengthen our inner power.
Nadabrahma meditation is done seated with eyes closed.
It can be practiced at any time of day, should be done on an empty stomach, and one should remain inactive for at least 15 minutes afterward.
The meditation is divided into three stages:
Stage 1: Humming – 30 minutes
Create a hum that generates vibration in the body. At a certain point the humming continues by itself and you become the listener. You can change the pitch of the sound and move the body gently if needed.
Stage 2: Circular hand movements, outward and inward – 15 minutes
This stage is divided into two equal parts of 7.5 minutes each:
In the first part – palms face up and you move them in a circular motion outward. The movement starts from the navel area outward and is done very slowly, almost as if there is no movement at all. You are giving energy to the universe.
In the second part – palms face down and you move them in the opposite direction,
from the outside inward toward the navel. Feel that you are receiving energy.
In this stage too you can let the body move gently.
Stage 3: Quiet sitting – 15 minutes
Sit quietly without movement.
"Relax and witness that your body is not you, that your mind is separate from you — your only identity is witnessing."

Definitely a recommended experience, even for those with no prior experience.
