Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, structured yoga method developed by Pattabhi Jois. It's built around fixed series of postures and combines movement, breath, focus, and intensity.
In a busy and stressful daily routine, yoga is medicine for body and soul. Yoga helps with breathing, toning and flexibility, good posture, calm, and overall balance.
We practice yoga to feel better, and ultimately, to look better too.
There are many yoga methods, some very different from one another. At Naim, as in all things Naim, we try to allow each and every person to find their own yoga.
