Gaga is a movement language developed by choreographer Ohad Naharin together with the Batsheva Dance Company. Based on images and sensations rather than fixed postures, the class is an exploratory experience without mirrors or observers — suitable for dancers and beginners alike.

Nia Technique

Nia is a body-mind workout that blends dance, martial arts, and yoga, offering a dynamic aerobic class alongside attentive listening to the body and mind. Open to anyone who loves to move — regardless of gender or experience.
