Meditation

Meditation is an integral and important part of the practice of life. The attempt at concentrating and quieting the waves of consciousness, if only for one minute a day, is meditation.

When we concentrate on our joint in class Feldenkrais, raise your leg together with breathing in class yoga, or memorize a combination of ballet, we practice meditation.

In addition to the meditative elements that we practice in each movement class, there are built-in meditation techniques. Classes are held in Naim Mindfulness, the technique of sitting consciously and concentrating on a certain element (mainly breathing); Circular breathing, which is active breathing while lying down; and occasionally workshops are also held Dynamic, active meditations developed by Osho and his students.
