Online Meditation

As part of "Naim at Home," the online platform of Studio Naim, we currently offer seven meditation classes per week. We have experienced teachers in the field who specialize in different types of meditation. Broadly speaking, meditations are divided into sitting and concentration meditations, and active meditations from the school of Osho — two very different types.

Sitting meditations include mindfulness, vipassana, and chakras, with the idea of developing the ability to focus on one element such as breath, body parts, or certain images. It's completely natural for the mind to wander elsewhere. We notice this and return to focus.

Active meditations involve movement, sound, or directed breathing. The guiding intention behind these meditations is that in order to find silence, we first need to let out the noise within us.

Everyone is welcome to participate — no prior experience is needed. Just pay attention to the teacher's instructions and the process. No special clothing is required.
