Floor Barre

In this lesson, we will explore the roots of the classical ballet technique.
The exercises are based on the bar exercises of the classical ballet repertoire, but are practiced on the floor while sitting or lying down. There will be times when we will finish the lesson in an attempt to translate the information we have acquired while standing up and moving.
The work focuses mainly on perfecting the turn out, foot work, posture, muscle organization for movement and flexibility and strengthening of the legs.
Suitable for all levels.
