Modern Dance class with Sonia D’Orléans Juste.
The class is based on José Limón principles, it is build to replace a ballet class.
Technically based on Ceccheti ballet technique and kinetically on Limón approach to movements, using the principles such as curves, suspension, weight and breath throughout the class.
The class permits the dancer to acquire a different quality to their movements and more technical control.
