What students say about Alon's class
"A truly special teacher, who comes every Tuesday to lead a class of bodily meditation. Every class is an unforgettable experience, a positive start to the day, clear of thoughts."
Ida, a longtime Studio Naim member
Inspired by the class, Ida wrote a literary piece after Italo Calvino's "If on a Winter's Night a Traveler". One passage reads: "Don't strain. Do less. And if it is hard or unpleasant, don't do it. Just imagine it."
