Hi, I'm Daniela, a fitness coach for over eight years and recently also a barre instructor. I come from the world of artistic gymnastics and dance, and movement has always been a central part of my life. Alongside strength and functional training, I love adding Zumba and yoga.
In my classes I focus on enjoyment: music, energy and movement. I believe a workout is time for yourself, a place to let go, enjoy the movement and feel good. My goal is for everyone to feel comfortable, connected to themselves, and to leave with a smile.
