Einbar Hochman

I'm Einbar, a graduate of the Movement department at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, and a master's student in Dance Movement Therapy.

I teach Pilates at Naim, and I also teach movement classes for adults and children. A lifelong student of the body and of movement, always curious to keep learning, exploring, and growing.

I believe in the body's ability to change, refine itself, and develop at any given moment, and in the power of the physical process to create more freedom, presence, and wellbeing in body and mind.
