Yoga with awareness. I discovered the world of movement at a young age, from my first handstand at four, and danced all my life. Yoga and its philosophy reached me and opened a doorway into connection and depth in the worlds of the body and the mind.
I believe in approaching practice with kind eyes, first of all toward ourselves, in our ability to meet the body as it is right now and to know that the way we are is good enough. It is an hour to set aside the criticism and judgment we meet in our busy lives, to soften into what is, with kind and accepting eyes.
