Acroyoga

Acroyoga

AcroYoga is a joint movement method that combines yoga, acrobatics, and Thai massage. The method was developed in 2003 in Northern California by Jason Nemer and Jenny Sauer-Klein, and has since spread to acro-yoga communities around the world. The basis of the method is three roles: Base, Pilot (Flyer) and Guard (Spotter), who work together to build aerial and acrobatic poses, safe and meaningful.

Acro yoga builds trust, nonverbal communication, connection with others, and playfulness. In addition, it strengthens the core muscles, arms and legs, improving flexibility and balance.

The lesson is suitable for everyone, and there is no need for previous acrobatic or yogic experience, only the willingness to explore and play. There is no need to come in a couple.
