Aerial Yoga

This class is based on movement and rest using strong, flexible fabrics hanging from the ceiling in the shape of a hammock.
A special and challenging workout that allows the body to move freely and lightly, creating a harmonious balance between control and release, strength and flexibility, work and enjoyment.
The method combines principles from yoga, Pilates, acrobatics, and fitness, using fabric straps at a wide range of angles and positions to create a holistic and effective workout adapted to various goals at all levels.
