Cardio Hip Hop

Hip hop cardio is an aerobics class that combines hip hop steps with an energetic cardio workout. Based on classical and contemporary hip hop music, the class offers fun movement combinations that raise the pulse while learning stritic steps. Unlike a “pure” hip hop class, which deals more with technique, cardio hip hop places an emphasis on energy, continuous movement, and flow.
