HYROX

Strength, endurance and movement in one workout. HYROX combines functional exercise with running, offering a varied way to build fitness and track your progress. We have added a HYROX functional training area at Bialik 25 in Ramat Gan for anyone looking to bring fresh energy to their training routine.
What is HYROX?
HYROX is known as a competition format combining eight one-kilometre runs with eight workout stations. Training inspired by it combines movements such as pushing, pulling, carrying weights and lunges with aerobic exercise. You can train in this style without entering a competition or completing the full race format in every workout.
What does the training develop?
- Cardiovascular endurance: the ability to sustain effort over time.
- Strength and muscular endurance: moving weight and repeating movements as effort builds.
- Pacing: finding a rhythm you can maintain between exercises.
Why do so many people enjoy it?
It offers variety, a sense of challenge and measurable progress. You can track your pace, the weight you use and your ability to complete a workout, setting a goal that suits you. At Naim, the focus is on your own progress, at your own pace.
New to training? There is room for you too
You do not need to arrive ready for a race. Start with light weights, fewer repetitions, short walking or running intervals, and rest as needed. Learn the technique with a trainer before adding load or speed. The initial goal is to get familiar with the movements, build a foundation and progress gradually.
