Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar yoga is a practice method from the Hatha yoga family. Props are typically used to achieve alignment and perform poses accurately. In Iyengar yoga we learn how the eight aspects of Ashtanga yoga converge in the asana aspect into groups of pose sequences.
