Dynamic Meditation (Osho)

Meditation is an adventure, the greatest adventure the human consciousness can undertake. Meditation is just to be — not doing anything, no action, no thought, no emotion. You just are, and it is sheer delight. Where does this delight come from, when you are not doing anything? It comes from nowhere, or it comes from everywhere.
It is not caused, because existence is made of the stuff called bliss. Meditation is not against action. You will not have to escape from life. It simply teaches you a new way of living: you become the center of the cyclone. Your life continues. In fact, it continues with greater intensity — with more joy, more clarity, more vision, more creativity — and yet you are distant, just a witness on the hill, simply watching everything that goes on around you. You are not the doer, you are the watcher.
We hear the word "meditation" and immediately get scared :) "Meditation! That's for all those spiritual types, it's not for me" or "I can't sit still for 2 minutes so meditation?" "What will I get out of it" …
Meditation is actually observation, presence, awareness… It's inner silence, the ability to be a kind of sanctuary for everything happening around us and within us — the ability to separate, to step out of the infinite auto-translation of the mind, the ability to "participate" in life fully, to be moved by beauty, to enjoy a conversation or meeting with someone, to listen, to decide, and to live from our authentic voice.
This silence can only exist in the absence of noise — that is what Osho's active meditations are for. During the classes we will practice meditations such as Dynamic, Nataraj, Kundalini, and more.
Studio Naim, located in Florentin, is the only studio in Tel Aviv offering regular Osho meditation classes in the city.
