Rebirthing

Circular Breathing, also known as Rebirthing, is a deep breathing practice that uses continuous, conscious breath to help release physical, emotional, and energetic tension, including emotions that may have been held in the body for years.

Please note: the practice includes intensive breathing. It is not suitable during pregnancy, or for those with heart or lung conditions, or acute emotional or mental distress.
