I accompany practitioners through a deep journey of Ashtanga practice — not only through postures, but through developing stability, presence, and real independence. My teaching is grounded in years of inquiry and experimentation, and in an ongoing search for what truly supports growth. I teach with precision and listening, honoring each practitioner's personal pace, with no pressure and no shortcuts. The goal isn't to 'reach the pose' but to build a stable, intelligent, and conscious practice — one that endures over time and isn't dependent on outside circumstances. Classes take place in a warm and accepting atmosphere, suitable both for those taking their first steps in Ashtanga and for experienced practitioners seeking depth. Each person receives precise guidance according to where they are, so you can ease into the practice gradually, with confidence and without needing to prove anything — just being present.
