Movement has always been part of my life.
I rediscovered yoga practice more than a decade ago, and in all its layers, it became a meaningful part of my life.
At first, through the physical practice and the way I choose to move. Over time it seeped into other areas of my life and became a guiding tool for me.
It let me look at myself, my surroundings, and the world through another lens. I won't say yoga is like magic, but it has helped me, and keeps helping me, live with more ease, simplicity, and clarity.
I teach Ashtanga and Vinyasa classes with an emphasis on deepening and understanding movement in connection with the breath, and I try to give you the space to explore it, and to stay in listening and presence.
