Gali Ben-Gra Ratzon

In Vinyasa Synergy classes we combine vibrant, joyful movement flow and pleasure in the body's capabilities, with connection to breath, philosophy, and meditation in movement and seated. We'll explore together the special, shifting, and moving connection between body and soul. Each week a different element leads the practice, in sync with the new moon and seasonal changes — we bring ourselves to the mat and approach our own form, breathing nature. The class is open and suitable for everyone, including pregnant women. A lifelong yoga practitioner, honored to teach in the tradition of my dear teachers Adam Harel, Simon Borg-Olivier, Steven Polard, and Patanjali.
