
Michal Zohar Haim
Nice to meet you :) I'm Michal Zohar Haim. Movement has been my world all my life. I'm an eternal student, a dancer, movement researcher, movement teacher, movement therapist, developmental movement guide... Over the years I've accumulated a few titles, learned and practiced various movement techniques, and the wide repertoire gives me a broad toolbox and a connection to the essence — the body, movement, and breath — shared by all methods. I believe connection to the body is the key to a good life. Awareness and connection to beneficial movement, and of course awareness of breath, are the key to balanced living in every sense — especially in this era when we've lost so much of our connection to nature and movement, sitting most of the day in front of screens with endless information and stress. I teach Vinyasa yoga and yoga therapy with an emphasis on grounding, pranayama, and listening. Mat and reformer Pilates, integrating the yoga world on the reformer with a rich repertoire of exercises from classical to modern. You're warmly welcome 💜
