A little about me and the practice: I've been teaching yoga since 2010, and to this day the mat is where I find my balance. In my classes at Studio Naim we meet for a practice that moves between different styles — from the meditative power of Ashtanga, through the flow of Vinyasa, the structural precision of Hatha, to the deep stillness of Yin yoga. My approach: yoga creates a perfect balance between strength, flexibility, and equilibrium. In my classes you'll find a combination of physical intensity alongside softness and deep listening to the body — "a healthy mind in a healthy body." The practice suits all levels and develops qualities of focus, determination, and perseverance that stay with us beyond the studio. See you on the mat!
