Paz Omer
My name is Paz and I'm 32. Yoga entered my life from a place of deep longing for more peace and calm. After a trauma I went through, yoga arrived like a gentle wind, supporting me and reminding me to connect inward — to choose to expand within presence, to deepen connection to my own needs, to move from authentic communication and closeness. It feels like an endless journey of choosing from what place I move in my inner and outer world, and the possibility of embracing all the parts and befriending them. These are the things that matter to me in teaching: to see things as they are, to expand within the YES, gratitude, to listen to the subtle voices of the body, and to move from that listening — in practice and in life. I feel it's such a great privilege to walk the path of yoga, to learn and to teach endlessly. I teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa, yoga for fertility stages, Yin yoga, and my classes are accompanied by the sounds of Tibetan bowls and other special tools. Thank you.
