Raz Doron

Yoga for me is where I learn about myself through breathing, movement and connection to the body. It teaches to listen, to be present, and to find balance even within a challenge. In my classes I combine dynamic flow with awareness, precision and challenge, alongside a place for tenderness and listening. It is important to me that every practitioner and practitioner feels confident, connected and able to discover the strength and balance that they already have.
